During the period from joining the company to being assigned to a project(April-June), The new employee will participate in IT related training.
①After being assigned to a project, the new employee will be greeted by senior team member and receive further guidance.
②The new employee will set up a PC for business uses in the site of system development.
③The new employee will mainly look at the software architecture design document (which decides how to make things) and learn the outline of the system.
④The new employee will perform program testing (check if the program works properly) while observing how the program is working and gaining deeper understanding of the code.
【Important points】
・In development work, communication with people (questions, confirmation of unclear points, etc.) is necessary and actively on improvements is very important!
・During the OJT period, it is important to take notes firmly and use them during development work.
The new employee will review the functional design documents (materials that describe what kind of mechanism is necessary to develop a system) and confirm the description method.
The new employee will start writing program source cording based on the functional design documents.
The new employee will also will perform confirmation that there are no abnormalities in the system program they developed.
①The new employee will use the test items wriiten in the design process to perform tests by combining the programs of each person in charge with the programs created by themselves.
②The new employee will write a test report and hand over the system to the customer.
